Some facts and figures
The project is owned by Riverside Living Inc., a new British Columbia company formed specifically to carry out this development which will be known as “OSPREY”. The General Contractor for the development is Landbank Management Ltd.
- Our Strata lot sizes range from 3593sq ft. to 5496sq ft. Phase 1 lots average 4373 sq ft (standard city lots are usually 5000 sq ft.) and some of today’s single family city lots are as small as 3300 sq ft.
- Manufactured home sizes range from 924 sq ft to 1853 sq ft and are limited to 40% coverage of the lot, but largest lot in Phase 1 will accommodate an 1853 sq ft home.
- Many of our lots will accommodate single/double garages or carports.
- Prices vary based on lot size. May be subject to price change.
- Phase 1 contains 12 single wide and 12 double wide lots.
